Nice, but NOT true HD

 

ts a nice camcorder but way too expensive for what you get.

It is a very nice camcorder. Very easy to use, 720p

No removable storage, limited to 2 hours with 8GB of internal memory ; Not true HD when a zi8 is true 1080p HD and 720p @ 60FPS for about $110 ; Not very configurable ; Only 2x Digital Zoom! Pathetic! It's only software and they could easily increase...

Pick up a male-female USB cable protect the FLIP when connecting it to a PC. As most reviews have surely stated, the USB interface on this device does not EASILY connect to most USB ports ; Minus 1 egg for this fault

good for small screeen only

good, easy to use software ; good battery life ; small size

picture quality is only good for youtube or blogs ; small screen is tough to keep moving objects in frame (read: kids) ; narrow angle lens, not good for indoors if you have no room to back up ; zoom buttons are easy to push by accident

USB problem still not fixed

 

I took a chance on this product after reading a few reviews that stated the USB sizing problem was fixed. It's not. I am disappointed because the camera is a nice size and has good fit & finish otherwise.

Small. Good fit & finish

The USB problems hasn't been fixed. The camera will fit into my desktop, but not into my Apple laptop. It is going back for a replacement

Very Good but not Perfect

 

As noted by other reviewers, this model "Flip" camera has problems with the flip-out USB plug. It's either a touch too big or just a hair too small; I'm not sure which yet. Of my half-dozen PC's, it plugs nicely into three, has to be jammed into one,...

Very small, VERY light; smaller than shirt-pocket sized. Clear, crisp video

Problems as noted with the USB plug that "Flips" out. Not particularly good with fast motion

Why would you sell a product that the usb had so many problems Flip? I wouldn't of got this except i figured they had it fixed on the second gen.NOPE

Takes great video in bright rooms or outdoors. Its very simple to use
