The ear pods keep going low and when returning them, they have said there's nothing wrong with them. Won't buy the ear pods again. Not happy about this, with the ear pods having a fault

I bought this as a Christmas present for my son. One if his best presents. Works as it should and soubd is super clear. The colour is described as silver but it is white. Love the earpods only con is the price.
