Asus PA248Q

Great color quality. Flexible stand. Wide viewing angles. Lots of ports

No auto rotate feature. Grayscale performance could be better

The Asus PA248Q is a reasonably priced 24-inch IPS monitor offering solid performance and a generous feature set. Its grayscale performance is good but not great, though.

If it weren't for the cons, there would be many pros: color, brightness, sharpness, features, size, physical controls; on-screen menus; reasonable price, etc

The screen goes black for two or three seconds, and repeates the cycle every ten seconds, or thirty seconds, or half-hour -- you never know what to expect, except having your blood pressure spike once it becomes unusable

Big screen, high resolution, pre-calibrated out of the box. A ton of input settings, the DisplayPort allowed me to use 3 monitors without buying an expensive Active DP Adapter

USB 3.0 ports four of them seems to say all. But seriously that's if you didn't fall for the amazing IPS panel dvi vga hdmi and display ports connectivity, all those cables are included mind you. Tilt, swivel, pivot, height adjust should finish you off

response time is a little high even for an ips panel. the resolution 1920 by 1200 is a little low resolution

Works just like it should, nice picture, 1920 x 1200 resolution ; At $280 this monitor was a steal, considering buying one or two more for at home
